      Dispatch

      Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, however occasionally there may be a delay during busy periods.

      We also offer an Express service where orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and posted by Royal Mail First Class for UK orders

      EU Orders

      For orders shipping to the EU, VAT is added to the order at checkout and parcels are therefore sent with duty-paid. This means parcels do not incur additional local handling/duty charges and they should travel quickly to their destination without any Customs delays.

      Taxes and Duties

      If your order is to be shipped outside of the UK / EU, additional duties and taxes may be charged. Please note these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.  

       

      Shipping Costs to the UK :

      All orders are sent via Royal Mail

      • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £75 (sewn and dispatched within 5 working days and delivered with Royal Mail Second Class Tracked in 2-3 working days of dispatch)
      • Standard Delivery : £3.99 (sewn and dispatched within 5 working days and delivered with Royal Mail Second Class Tracked in 2-3 working days of dispatch)
      • Express : £7.50 (sewn and dispatched within 3 working days and delivered with Royal Mail First Class Tracked in 1-2 working days of dispatch)

       

      International Shipping:

      Orders are sewn and dispatched within 5 working days. They are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International Delivery (10-15 days) for non-UK addresses at the below rates. The relevant International Shipping charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

      We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes imposed when your package reaches your destination country. These costs will be your responsibility to pay.
