      FINAL XMAS ORDER DATES

      Please place orders by the below dates/shipping destinations to ensure Xmas delivery. 

      UK  17th December

      International

      Thursday 5th Dec: Australia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Israel, Italy, Malta, Norway, Portugal,, Sweden, Poland, Spain

      Monday 9th Dec: Austria, Denmark, Slovakia and Slovenia

      Wednesday 11th Dec: Belgium, Canada, Luxembourg and USA

      Thursday 12th Dec: France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland

       

      Dispatch

      Orders are dispatched within 5 working days, however occasionally there may be a delay during busy periods.

      We also offer an Express service where orders will be dispatched within 3 working days and posted by Royal Mail First Class for UK orders

       

      Taxes and Duties

      EU Orders

      For orders shipping to the EU, VAT is added to the order at checkout and parcels are therefore sent with duty-paid. for speedy Customs clearance and no additional local charges.

      Non-EU Orders

      If your order is to be shipped outside of the UK / EU, additional duties and taxes may be charged. Please note these charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.  

       

      Shipping Costs to the UK :

      All orders are sent via Royal Mail

      • Standard Delivery : £3.99  (sewn and dispatched within 5 working days and delivered with Royal Mail Second Class Tracked in 2-3 working days of dispatch)
      • Express : £8.50 (sewn and dispatched within 3 working days and delivered with Royal Mail First Class Tracked in 1-2 working days of dispatch)

       

      International Shipping:

      Orders are sewn and dispatched within 5 working days. They are sent via Royal Mail Tracked International Delivery (10-15 days) for non-UK addresses at the below rates. The relevant International Shipping charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

      We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes imposed when your package reaches your destination country. These costs will be your responsibility to pay.
