      Returns and Refund Policy

      Cat in the Hood Customised Jackets and Hoodies - with name personalisation

      We are regrettably unable to accept returns of personalised items. This is because all of our items are made-to-order and have been personalised to your unique specifications. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the transaction has been confirmed. 
      Of course, if the product is faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement. In this case please contact us at sales@catinthehood.com within 10 days of receipt of the item.

      Items which have not been personalised (ie no name or initials have been added) may be returned for refund or exchange. Please email us at sales@catinthehood.com for information of where to return the item.

      Limited Edition Items
      If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your Limited Edition item, we offer a Free UK Returns Policy on all Limited Edition Refund / Exchange requests. 
      All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order with the completed Returns Form enclosed, and must be returned new and unused. 
      Please email sales@catinthehood.com to request a pre-paid returns label, stating which items you wish to return. 
      Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit therefore we recommend you get a receipt of payment with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office.
      We will then inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Limited Edition Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

      We regret that we are unable to offer Free Returns on international orders - the cost of international returns and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
